Terms & Conditions
- Shopping Spree Campaign (“the Campaign”) will run from 01 May – 31 July 2025.
- The Campaign is open to all Malaysians, permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above, except the employees and their immediate family members of 1st Avenue Mall and its tenants, with the minimum purchase amount as stated.
- The Campaign will only accept the final total amount paid as shown on the original tax invoice(s)/receipt(s) from the outlet(s) in 1st Avenue Mall. Credit or Debit Card slips/QR transaction slips/Trade-in Transaction/Top-Up or Reload Card Transaction/Money Changing Transaction/Bill Payments and any payment from Promotional Space are not considered valid receipts for this campaign.
- 1st Avenue Mall has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
- Each winner shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) prize in this contest. Total 30 winners will be selected throughout the Campaign.
- All Winners will be informed via telephone call/email/social media. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for any reason after 3 consecutive days of continuous attempt by 1st Avenue Mall, the winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be selected in his/her place by the management.
- Winners are advised to inspect their prize immediately upon receiving it. No exchange or replacement will be allowed after gift has been received.
- 1st Avenue Mall reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
- All matters and dispute arising out of or in relation the Campaign shall be subject to the decision of the Management and all decision shall be final and binding.
- The prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- By participating in the Campaign, your information will be used to keep you informed on 1st Avenue Mall and its partners’ latest news, exclusive promotion and so forth.
- 1st Avenue Mall reserves the right to withdraw or amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
- By participating in the Campaign, the participant is deemed agreeable to be bound by these rules and regulations of 1st Avenue Mall.
